Privacy Policy for Note 7

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application Note 7 ("the App", "we", "us")
collects, uses, and shares information when you use it. By using Note 7 you agree to the practices
described here.
Information we collect
- Email address. When you sign in, we collect your email address to create and
secure your account. Sign-in is passwordless: we email you a one-time code instead of storing a
password. Your account and tasks are managed through our backend provider, InstantDB.
- Task content. The tasks, notes, reminders, and times you enter are stored so the
App can show them back to you and send reminders. Completed tasks are automatically deleted about
24 hours after they are marked done.
- Advertising and device data. The App displays ads using Google AdMob. To serve
ads, Google's Mobile Ads SDK may collect a device/advertising identifier, app interaction and
advertising data, approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP address, and diagnostic
information such as crash and performance data.
How we use information
- To provide and operate the App — signing you in, storing your tasks, and sending reminders.
- To display advertising, including personalized ads where permitted, through Google AdMob.
- To diagnose crashes and improve reliability and performance.
Advertising and tracking
We use Google AdMob to show ads. On iOS, before any data is used to deliver personalized ads, the App
asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can decline, and you can
change this choice at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking
on your device. If you decline tracking, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalized.

Third parties we share data with
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
Completed tasks are deleted automatically about 24 hours after completion. Your account information is
retained while your account exists. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us
at the email below.
Children's privacy
Note 7 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13.
Your choices
- Control ad personalization through the App Tracking Transparency prompt and your device settings.
- Request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the
"Last updated" date above.
